Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Capital Bureaux, we pride ourselves on delivering strategic advisory services to the highest professional standard.

1. Change of Mind

We do not offer refunds for change of mind once services have been booked or delivered.

2. Cancellations

• Workshops or engagements cancelled with more than 14 days’ notice may be rescheduled without penalty.

• Cancellations within 14 days of the agreed start date may incur a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the quoted service fee, at our discretion.

3. Consumer Guarantees

In line with the Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a remedy if our services:

• Are not delivered with due care and skill

• Do not match the description agreed upon

• Fail to achieve the purpose for which they were provided (where this purpose was made clear)

If a problem arises, we will work with you to provide a suitable remedy, which may include re-delivery of services or a partial refund.
